This course introduces students to geographic information science and the practical implementation of Geographic Information Systems. Students will perform basic spatial analyses in this course. This is a required course in the GIS Certificate Program. |

This course examines the earth's landscapes, weather patterns, water resources, and life forms. The interrelationships between human and nature will also be examined. |
